The meeting was called to order at 7:47 pm, following receipt of the call from the applicant indicating he would not be present at the meeting.
APPROVAL OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES:
Upon the Motion of Ms. Litof and second of Ms. Whaley, the June 16, 2015 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes were approved (5-0) by the Board.
Upon the Motion of Ms. Litof and second of Mr. Cooke, the August 18, 2015 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes were approved (5-0) by the Board.
Application 15-08-04 – 38 Cross Highway – Owner William Palumbo & Sandi M. Rich (Map #22 & Lot #33) – Requesting a variance to reduce front yard set 25’ feet and side yard setback 25’ feet for 2 Hoop Barns. Redding Zoning Regulations requires 50’ foot rear setback and 40’ feet side yard setback. Variance requested is 25’ feet rear setback and 15’ foot side yard set back.
The applicant was not present at the meeting. The recording secretary called the applicant and left a voice message. The applicant returned the call indicating that he was not aware the meeting was on September 15; he presumed the meeting was scheduled for September 18.
Upon motion of Mr. Cooke and second of Mr. Polio, the Board voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:49 p.m. Carried unanimously.
These minutes have not been approved by the ZBA.
