Chair Williams asked for two edits to the minutes:
In section 3, Public Hearings, under Application #20-12-01, the sentence, “The proposed location of the generator wouldn’t not be compliant with Zoning regulations”, should be changed to, “The proposed location of the generator wouldn’t be compliant with Zoning regulations.”
In Section 3, Public Hearings, in the Deliberative Session, the motion for Application #20-12-01 needs to be edited. Jill Cilo voted no on the motion for this application. This motion had three yes votes (Williams, Cooke, and Matzke) and two no votes (Cilo and Smith).

3. Public Hearings

Application #21-01-01 – 207 Redding Road (Map #42 & Lot #65) – Owner Kyle & Jessica Finn – Request for a variance to reduce side yard setback from 40’ feet to 22.8’ feet and to reduce rear set back from 50’ to 12.5’ to convert a 1 Bay Garage into a 2 Bay Garage. Town of Redding Zoning Regulations 4.6.5.
