1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chair Williams called the meeting to order at 7:32PM
2. APPROVAL OF MAY 18, 2021 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES & MOTIONS
MOTION:
Mr. Cooke made a motion to approve the minutes of the Tuesday, 5/18/2021 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting minutes and motions. Ms.Cilo seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous, and the motion carried.
3. Application #21-07-01 -439 Redding Road, Mark Twain Library Association (Map #29 & Lot #77) – Ms. Midge Loery, co-chair of the event and staff member at the Mark Twain Library addressed the ZBA.

4. MOTION:
Ms. Cilo made the motion to enter deliberative session, and Mr. Cooke seconded, all voted in favor.

5. MOTION:
Ms Cilo made the motion to deny Application #21-07-01 -439 Redding Road, Mark Twain Library Association (Map #29 & Lot #77), request for permanent variance, and instead grant a three year variance with specific start and end dates for the 4 week annual fundraising appeal, agree to the additional 5 signs for that, and allow the Book Fair signs to be put up on August 17 and removed within 24 hours of the last day of the book fair. Mr. Matzke seconded the motion. It carried unanimously.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Cook moved to leave deliberative session, Ms. Cilo seconded it, and it carried unanimously.
Ms. Williams adjourned the meeting at 8:30.
