On the motion of Ms. Atamian and the second of Mr. Lecher, The Commission voted unanimously to accept the minutes as written.

2. Ms. Pardee explained that the applicant has a dwelling at 220 Umpawaug Road and has purchased 224 Umpawaug Road in order to construct a new driveway to their dwelling. 224 Umpawaug Road formerly contained a dwelling, but that dwelling has been removed and the new driveway is proposed to cross that property. The Commission briefly discussed the application; members noted that they will wish to see information regarding truck traffic, and they also discussed the possible need to merge #220 and #224 Umpawaug Road due to regulations regarding changes of grade near property lines.
